Actress Bijou Phillips has a reputation as a bad girl and she is sick of it, that is why she tried to look all classy at the premiere of the Kidada Disney Couture Launch ,May 31 in the pictures below.

Bijou Phillips who has appeared in various films over the past eight years, says that she is being judged due to her “girls gone wild phase ” during her teenager years.

“A lot of the time I end up playing the bad girl. I would love to play the sweet, innocent nice girl down the street, but I don’t know if it will happen”

Bijou Phillips is the daughter of rock star John Phillips of the Mamas and the Papas, she made tabloid headlines when she hit the New York club scenes in her teenage years, she started to model at age 13, left home. Well that’s what happens to girls that want to grow up without Daddy’s strong hand whipping your butt occasionally ..

Modeling wasn’t all what she had dreamed of neither, so she quit her model carreer at the age of 17 to jump in the music business with her debut album “I’d Rather Eat Glass” At the moment she is working at her second album. (I would die to know the title to that…)

She posed nude in Playboy magazine seven years ago, and had a fight with Playmate Nicole Marie Lenz in a Los Angeles nightclub, so she didn’t participate in a model contest in 2004 for Playboy. It didn’t help Phillips image that she was hanging out with Paris and Nicky Hilton on several occasions.

“This has stuck with me and the parts they offer me. There is an image of me out there, but I would love for everyone to let me grow up and play adult roles”

“You have to stay away from people who have that kind of attention. I’ve been down that road and at the end of the day it only hinders your career, when you want to grow up and do some real work the things you did — even though they did not seem a big deal — that gave you a bad girl image, reckless, drugs, whatever, do play a part in the long run, and in the end it is hard to shake that.”

That’s why I said it is not good to give them kids all that money… I mean if your daughter is a stripper or posed nude for playboy, you messed up as a Dad. For sure.. this is why I prefer to have a son. Girls are wayyyyy to much trouble.
